As our creative services continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Video
Producer who can lead end-to-end video production—from understanding client
requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas to managing production, supervising post-
production, and ensuring exceptional quality across every deliverable.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and execution-driven Video Producer to
lead the planning, production, and successful delivery of high-quality video projects.
The Video Producer will be responsible for translating client briefs into compelling visual
stories while managing every phase of the production lifecycle including creative planning,
scripting, pre-production, production, post-production, client coordination, quality assurance,
and final delivery.
This role requires a strong blend of storytelling ability, production expertise, project
management skills, stakeholder management, and leadership. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously without compromising creativity, timelines, or quality.
The Video Producer will act as the central point of coordination between clients, account managers, creative teams, production crews, editors, motion graphic artists, designers, and leadership to ensure every project is delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Concept Development
Understand client briefs, campaign objectives, business goals, target audience, and
brand guidelines.
Translate business requirements into compelling creative concepts and visual
storytelling strategies.
Develop creative treatments for corporate films, brand videos, advertisements,
product videos, social media content, learning videos, testimonials, documentaries,
event coverage, and digital campaigns.
Create storyboards, scripts, visual references, mood boards, creative treatments, and
execution plans.
Recommend innovative storytelling techniques to improve engagement and viewer
experience.
Research market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to create
differentiated creative solutions.
Ensure every creative concept aligns with client expectations and business objectives.
2. Client Interaction & Creative Presentations
Participate in client discovery meetings and creative discussions.
Understand project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and expectations.
Prepare and present:
o Creative Concepts
o Pitch Decks
o Storyboards
o Creative Presentations
o Mood Boards
o Reference Videos
o PPM (Pre-Production Meeting) Decks
Present creative ideas confidently to clients and leadership.
Gather client feedback and convert it into actionable creative improvements.
Build long-term client relationships through consistent quality and proactive
communication.
3. Pre-Production Planning
Lead complete pre-production planning activities.
Finalize scripts, shot breakdowns, production schedules, and shooting plans.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for production readiness.
Prepare:
o Production schedules
o Shot lists
o Call sheets
o Equipment requirements
o Location plans
o Talent requirements
o Production timelines
o Risk assessments
Coordinate permissions, logistics, vendors, travel, and production arrangements.
Ensure production readiness before shoot commencement.
4. Production Management
Lead end-to-end shoot execution.
Supervise all production activities on location and in studio.
Direct camera crew, lighting teams, sound engineers, stylists, makeup artists, and
production assistants.
Ensure every shot aligns with the approved creative vision.
Monitor production timelines and productivity during shoot.
Resolve on-ground production challenges with minimal impact on schedules.
Ensure production quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Maintain discipline and effective communication among production teams.
5. Creative Direction During Production
Guide cinematographers regarding framing, lighting, camera movement, and shot
composition.
Direct presenters, actors, influencers, SMEs, voice artists, and interview participants.
Monitor storytelling consistency throughout production.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across visuals, messaging, colors, and
presentation.
Approve key shots before moving to the next production stage.
Make real-time creative decisions based on production conditions.
6. Post-Production Management
Coordinate with editors and post-production teams.
Guide video editors on:
o Storytelling
o Pacing
o Narrative structure
o Shot selection
o Music selection
o Sound design
o Motion graphics
o Color grading
o Subtitles
o Transitions
o Visual effects
Review multiple edit versions.
Provide structured feedback for revisions.
Ensure final edits align with creative vision.
Maintain consistency in quality across all deliverables.
7. Quality Assurance & Final Delivery
Conduct final creative review before delivery.
Ensure videos meet client expectations and internal quality standards.
Verify:

o Export settings
Ensure all revisions are completed before project closure.
Obtain final approvals before delivery.
8. Project Management & Delivery Excellence
Manage multiple production projects simultaneously.
Track project milestones and timelines.
Coordinate with:

o Editors
o Designers
o Motion Graphic Artists
o Clients
Identify production risks and escalate proactively.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
Maintain production documentation and project records.
9. Vendor & Resource Management
Coordinate with freelancers, production houses, equipment vendors, studios, voice
artists, actors, photographers, and external agencies.
Evaluate vendor quality and performance.
Maintain a database of production partners.
Ensure timely resource allocation.
Optimize production costs without compromising quality.
10. Process Improvement & Innovation
Develop and improve SOPs for video production workflows.
Standardize creative documentation and production processes.
Build reusable templates for:
o Scripts
o Storyboards
o Shot Lists
o Call Sheets
o Production Plans
o PPM Decks
Explore AI-assisted video production tools and automation.
Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and creative quality.
Pay: ₹20,748.49 - ₹35,194.99 per month
