Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements from hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
Negotiate salary and assist in offer rollout
Build strong candidate relationships
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹11,978.52 - ₹22,361.18 per month
