Qualification:
BE/B. Tech in Mechanical / Marine / Naval Architecture / Production or MBA/PGDM in relevant discipline preferred.
Exp:
20–25+ years in Shipbuilding, Ship Repair, or Marine Commercial functions.
Key Requirements:
Expertise in commercial strategy, contract management, tendering, vendor negotiations, project costing, techno-commercial evaluation, and handling large-scale marine/defence projects. Candidate should possess strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
