About the Internship
SDM Infotech Solutions is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Management Intern to join our digital marketing team.
The intern will get practical experience in managing social media accounts for real businesses and clients, creating content, planning campaigns, engaging with audiences, and analyzing social media performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for SDM Infotech Solutions and its clients.
- Create and maintain Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media profiles.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Research trending topics, Reels, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and video team for social media creatives.
- Write captions, post descriptions, hooks, CTAs, and hashtags.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, Reels, Stories, and other content.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Support Instagram and Facebook page management.
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns and offers for clients.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Analyze reach, engagement, followers, views, and other key metrics.
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media trends.
- Assist the team with social media marketing strategies for different industries.
AI & Modern Content Creation
The intern will also learn and work with AI-powered tools for social media marketing, including:
- AI content and caption generation
- AI-assisted content ideas
- AI image and creative generation
- AI video creation
- AI voiceover and subtitles
- AI-assisted Reels creation
- Content research and optimization
- AI tools for improving social media productivity
Skills Required
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and interest in digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
- Ability to research trends and generate content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work on real client projects.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Good to Have
- Experience managing Instagram/Facebook pages.
- Knowledge of Canva.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram Reels and Stories.
- Understanding of hashtags, captions, and social media engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or social media analytics.
- Interest in AI-based marketing tools.
