Shree Muktananda Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, a Sanskrit-medium institution associated with Shanti Mandir, invites applications for the position of an English Teacher for classes 6th to 12th.
We are looking not merely for an experienced teacher, but for a sincere, enthusiastic, and committed individual who can inspire students and help them develop confidence in conversational and practical English communication.
Many of our students come from Hindi-medium and Sanskrit-medium backgrounds. The ideal candidate should therefore be patient, encouraging, creative in teaching methods, and passionate about making English easy, enjoyable, and relevant for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to students from classes 6th to 12th
- Develop students’ spoken and conversational English skills
- Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment
- Encourage confidence, participation, and practical usage of English
- Support the overall educational and value-based environment of the institution
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed. preferred
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to connect well with students from traditional and Hindi-medium backgrounds
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to contribute meaningfully
