Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads and enquiries promptly
- Counsel walk-in students and parents about SIM's courses, fees, and career outcomes
- Convert enquiries into registrations and confirmed admissions
- Conduct campus visits, orientation sessions, and school/college outreach programs
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets consistently
- Maintain accurate records of walk-ins, follow-ups, admissions, and collections in CRM
- Follow up with prospects via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person visits
- Collect fees, issue receipts, and ensure smooth documentation at the time of admission
- Submit daily sales report — walk-ins, admissions, registrations & collection
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and referrals
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
