We are hiring Technical Support Executives for a Home Security Device Support Process in Gurugram. Candidates should have experience in customer service, technical support, or upselling and be comfortable assisting customers with troubleshooting and product-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through voice or chat channels
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to home security devices
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Semi-Technical Support, BPO, Call Center, Customer Care, or Upselling
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
