We provide end-to-end support, from initial counselling and university selection to airport drops and ongoing mentorship. We take care of all the technical training about Russia—we just need your talent for communication and sales!
Job Role:
We are looking for a persuasive, fluent, and highly motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our firm. Your primary goal is to speak with prospective students and parents, build trust, and convince them to choose our consultancy for their medical education journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Outreach: Call prospective students and parents who have inquired about studying MBBS abroad.
- In-Person Counselling: Meet families face-to-face to explain the benefits of our services and partner universities.
- Sales Conversion: Guide families through the decision-making process, handle objections politely, and convince them to enroll through our firm.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a professional and reassuring relationship with families from the first call until they depart.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Language Fluency (Mandatory): Absolute fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. You must be able to switch between these languages effortlessly based on the client's comfort.
- Sales Mindset: Strong natural talent or experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer acquisition. You should be driven by targets and conversions.
- Excellent Communication: Great vocabulary, active listening skills, and a polite yet convincing tone on the phone.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (prior experience in sales or education consultancy is a plus, but freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome).
