Job Description – Business Development Executive (IT Services)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Identify client requirements and pitch IT services.
- Schedule meetings and deliver sales presentations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
Requirements
- 2–13 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
