Training Coordinator
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Industry: Ed-Tech (Prior experience in Ed-Tech will be an added advantage)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Training Coordinator who will manage training operations, coordinate with trainers and candidates, handle communication, manage recordings, and ensure smooth execution of workshops and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate and support training, workshops ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage trainer–candidate communication, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
- Maintain attendance sheets, workshop data, active training lists, to-do lists, and follow-up trackers.
- Share guidance videos, booking links, access instructions, and training resources with clients.
- Create and manage PPTs, newsletters, eBooks, and workshop material (HackNow templates, Word/PPT files, etc.).
2. Recordings & Content Management
- Manage, organize, and share training session recordings with clients.
- Provide guidance on recording access, including how to view, download, and use them.
- Maintain a centralized repository of all training recordings and data.
3. Client Communication & Interaction
- Manage daily communication through WhatsApp groups.
- Handle international client interactions considering time zones.
- Use ChatGPT to draft professional messages, emails, and communication templates
4. Meeting & Platform Management
- Host online meetings, create and share meeting links with clients.
- Manage platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, company website and coordinate updates.
- Ensure smooth delivery of ServiceNow module documentation to clients.
5. CRM & Tools Management
- Learn and teach the use of CRM software and Cloud Panel for bulk messaging.
- Update all trackers and maintain centralized data for training programs.
- Explain access types (view/edit) and manage permission settings.
6. Marketing & Training Support
- Watch and understand all marketing videos, Shah’s training program videos, and guidance videos for internal training.
- Support trainers with required templates, documents, resources, and updated content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in the Ed-Tech industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, basic CRM systems, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to create professional PPTs, documents, and eBooks.
- Comfortable managing WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to multitask and handle operational responsibilities efficiently.
- Good understanding of time zones, especially for international clients.
