Job Description :-
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution practices, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordination and Communication Skills
- Good coordination and communication skills to effectively work with site teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Problem-Solving and Site Management
- Strong problem-solving ability and site management skills to handle technical issues, sequencing, and on-site challenges.
- Quality and Safety Understanding
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures and safety standards applicable to construction projects.
- Software Proficiency
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools for documentation and progress reporting.
- Education
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience
- 5–15 years of experience in construction site execution, preferably in commercial, institutional, and industrial projects, with exposure to multi-storey building projects considered an advantage.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
