2. Oracle HCM/ERP Experience

3. Data Conversion
Must know:
- HDL
- HSDL
- FBDI
- HCM Extracts
- Source-to-target mapping
- Data reconciliation
- Migration strategy
4. Reporting
Hands-on experience with:
- OTBI
- BI Publisher
- HCM Extracts
- Payroll/compliance reports
5. Architecture & Leadership
Candidate should:
- Lead integrations independently
- Design scalable solutions
- Handle client calls/workshops
- Mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot critical issues
- Own delivery end-to-end
