About the Company:
Telawne Power Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is a leading transformer manufacturing company engaged in manufacturing high-quality power and distribution transformers for various industrial applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end blue-collar hiring for plant operations and manufacturing requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, local vendors, references, and field recruitment activities.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate trade tests, and manage joining formalities for shop-floor employees.
- Maintain manpower planning and ensure timely closure of plant-level vacancies.
- Coordinate with plant managers and department heads regarding workforce requirements.
- Handle onboarding, induction, attendance, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS reports, and recruitment databases.
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and HR operations activities.
- Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling at plant locations.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate bulk hiring drives whenever required.
Required Skills:
- Experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring for manufacturing or plant operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong networking and vendor coordination abilities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Relevant experience in plant HR or blue-collar hiring preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates willing to work at Rabale & Ambernath locations preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong expertise in blue-collar recruitment and workforce management preferred.
