Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Corporate Sales, Retail Sales, or Inside Sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
This role involves lead generation, client meetings, preparing quotations and proposals, closing sales, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Meet prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Submit regular sales reports and business updates to management.
- Participate in sales meetings, product promotions, and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Corporate Sales, Retail Sales, or Inside Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition.
- Exposure to construction, MEP, trading, manufacturing, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
