Job Purpose:
To support the sales and business development team in lead generation, customer coordination, order booking, and documentation, thereby contributing to business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, calls, and messages.
- Book sales orders in ERP and generate enquiries.
- Prepare and share quotations (ACDB/DCDB and other products) with customers.
- Assist Area Sales Manager with assigned tasks in sales and solar business.
- Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and secure repeat orders.
- Generate new leads through digital platforms such as Google.
- Approach and follow up with customers via calls, emails, and other channels.
- Maintain and update customer data sheets from enquiry to order confirmation.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in lead generation, customer coordination, and order processing with experience in ERP systems. Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Capable of preparing quotations, maintaining customer data, and supporting sales and business development activities. Good organizational, time-management, and digital research skills for generating new business opportunities.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
