The Project Site Manager is responsible for overseeing site execution, vendor coordination, project monitoring, and quality assurance for construction and infrastructure projects. The role ensures timely completion of projects in line with approved drawings, quality standards, safety protocols, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise site work as per architect and consultant drawings.
- Manage day-to-day site operations including civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior works.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Identify vendors, negotiate contracts, issue work orders, and monitor project timelines.
- Ensure quality checks, quantity verification, and compliance before vendor bill processing.
- Monitor project progress, site safety, manpower allocation, and material utilization.
- Prepare project status reports, maintain documentation, and coordinate with management for updates.
- Travel across project locations to oversee implementation and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in project site management, construction, or infrastructure projects.
