Job Description
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and approach electronics manufacturers, OEMs, EMS companies, and R&D units.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, R&D heads, and decision-makers.
Visit customer sites, explain technical features, and offer solutions.
- Technical Sales & Support
Understand customer BOM (Bill of Materials) and suggest compatible semiconductor components.
Provide datasheets, technical specifications, and pricing support.
Coordinate for product samples, trials, and post-sales support.
- Sales Growth & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through new and existing customer accounts.
Identify high-volume customers and convert them into regular buyers.
Map industrial areas, identify new leads, and expand customer base in assigned territory.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and represent the brand.
Maintain records of customer interactions, visits, and quotations in CRM tools or Excel.
Work closely with the inside sales, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred)
