Job Title: HR Intern – Recruitment & Operations
Location: Gurugram, HY
Employment Type: Internship (Full-time & On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies across hiring platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support HR operations, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- MBA (HR) students or BBA students are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
