Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and growth of our packing, moving, relocation, and storage services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, strengthening brand visibility, driving lead generation, and supporting business growth across residential, corporate, and international relocation segments.
This is a mid-level management position reporting directly to the Directors.
CTC : upto 12 lpa

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential, office, international, and data center relocation services.
- Identify target customer segments and create tailored marketing campaigns based on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Develop both short-term campaigns and long-term brand-building initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Business Profile, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Optimize the company website to improve user experience, search rankings, and lead conversion rates.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement using analytics tools.
Brand Management
- Strengthen and maintain brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and customer communications.
- Oversee the development of brochures, presentations, corporate profiles, advertisements, videos, and other marketing collateral.
Content Marketing & Corporate Communications
- Develop engaging content for the company website, blog, social media platforms, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
- Create press releases, customer success stories, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Manage external communications and establish relationships with media representatives, industry associations, and business partners.
Referral & Partnership Marketing
- Develop and manage referral programs with real estate agencies, relocation consultants, HR service providers, and strategic partners.
- Design customer referral initiatives offering incentives such as discounts, rewards, or gift vouchers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Influencer & Video Marketing
- Produce educational and promotional videos showcasing moving processes, relocation tips, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes operations.
- Collaborate with relocation, lifestyle, and expatriate influencers to increase brand awareness and expand market reach.
Event Marketing
- Plan, organize, and participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
- Represent Globe Moving at events attended by HR professionals, Procurement teams, Facility Managers, Corporate Administrators, and Relocation Management Companies (RMCs).
- Organize webinars, workshops, and educational seminars on relocation-related topics.
Public Relations (PR)
- Develop PR campaigns to announce new services, partnerships, certifications, and company achievements.
- Build relationships with industry publications and contribute thought leadership articles to enhance Globe Moving's market position.
Customer Loyalty Programs
- Design and implement customer loyalty programs that encourage repeat business and long-term client relationships.
- Develop value-added initiatives for corporate clients and strategic accounts.
Lead Management & Sales Support
- Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue and business development goals.
- Monitor lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, sales materials, and customer-facing marketing content.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to identify customer trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market intelligence to refine marketing strategies and identify potential areas for business expansion.
- Stay informed about developments within the logistics, relocation, and mobility industries.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Measure and report on marketing performance using key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize tools including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to optimize campaigns.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly marketing reports for senior management, including strategic recommendations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or MBA will be an advantage.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the logistics, relocation, moving, supply chain, or related service industries.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, lead generation, brand management, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to analyze marketing data, customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to drive business decisions.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- High level of creativity combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Windows operating systems, Google Analytics, CRM software, marketing automation platforms, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
