Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Dishani Chits Pvt. Ltd.'s chit schemes, acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing subscribers, and achieving monthly business targets. The role requires field sales, customer interaction, lead generation, and excellent follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market Dishani Chits Pvt. Ltd.'s chit fund schemes.
- Identify and enroll new customers through field visits, referrals, telecalling, and digital marketing.
- Explain chit fund benefits, terms, payment schedules, and company policies to prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into active subscribers.
- Coordinate with the operations team for customer onboarding and documentation.
- Assist customers in completing KYC and other required formalities.
- Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and lead status updates.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing events organized by the company.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while conducting sales activities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
