Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Generate and convert qualified leads through direct sales, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, finance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth sales closures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and RERA guidelines.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate sales executives to improve team performance.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
