- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Additional qualifications in Education Management or Leadership will be an added advantage.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the school's business and admission goals.
- Lead the Admissions, Marketing, Administration, and Business Development teams.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business management, operations, sales, marketing, or administration.
- At least 3–5 years of leadership experience.
- Team performance and departmental productivity.
