Job Summary
The Vice Principal supports the Principal in the effective management of the school's academic, administrative, and disciplinary functions. The role ensures a safe, positive learning environment while promoting excellence in teaching, student achievement, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Principal in the day-to-day administration of the school.
- Monitor academic quality, curriculum implementation, and student performance.
- Supervise teachers and support staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Maintain student discipline, attendance, and well-being.
- Coordinate examinations, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Build positive relationships with parents and address concerns effectively.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and educational regulations.
- Act on behalf of the Principal when required.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
- 5–10 years of teaching experience, with leadership experience preferred.
