Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers who have not previously expressed interest in our products or services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, prospecting, and networking.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to convert leads into customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including call logs, lead details, and follow-up status.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
