Job Summary: Electrical Fitter
The Electrical Fitter is responsible for executing electrical installation work including cable routing, panel installation, and grounding systems at project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install cable trays, conduits, and structural supports
- Carry out HT/LT panel installation, alignment, and interconnections
- Perform earthing and lighting installation work
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts
- Ensure compliance with safety practices such as PPE and lockout/tagout
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of electrical materials, tools, and installation techniques
- Basic understanding of drawings such as SLD, GAD, and layouts
- Ability to work efficiently at project sites
- Strong awareness of electrical safety standards
Job Summary: Instrument Fitter
The Instrument Fitter is responsible for installation, maintenance, and support of industrial instrumentation systems at project sites. The role requires hands-on experience in tubing, instrument mounting, and interpreting technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters
- Perform tubing work (SS/CU/CS) and impulse line installation
- Install cable trays, panel frames, and conduit supports
- Carry out instrument mounting, alignment, and support work
- Read and interpret P&ID and instrument hook-up drawings
- Ensure adherence to site safety standards and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of industrial instruments and their functions
- Experience in tubing, fittings, and installation practices
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong safety awareness and compliance
Job Summary: Arc Welder
The Arc Welder is responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks for structural and support components at project sites, ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform arc welding using electrodes such as E6013 and E7018
- Carry out cutting, grinding, and fitting activities
- Weld MS structures and support components
- Inspect weld quality to ensure no cracks and proper finish
- Perform slag removal and finishing after welding
- Maintain safe handling of welding equipment and cables
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of arc welding techniques and equipment
- Good hand control and precision in welding work
- Awareness of welding safety practices (PPE, fire safety equipment)
- Ability to follow instructions and work on-site
Job Summary: Scaffolder
The Scaffolder is responsible for erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding systems to support safe working conditions at height across project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems (cuplock, H-frame, pipe scaffolding)
- Ensure proper leveling and foundation using base plates and sole plates
- Install safe access systems including ladders, platforms, guardrails, and toe boards
- Inspect scaffolding before use and maintain tagging systems (Green/Red/Yellow)
- Understand load capacities (light, medium, heavy duty)
- Coordinate with safety officers and site teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of scaffolding materials and components
- Understanding of working-at-height safety regulations
- Familiarity with PPE usage (helmet, harness, gloves, shoes)
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments
- Teamwork and basic site experience

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
