We are looking for a polite, professional, and customer-focused Customer Call Advisor to handle customer calls, order inquiries, complaints, and service support for Oasis Baklawa outlets and online customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming customer calls professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, products, delivery, and outlet information.
- Resolve customer complaints politely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and delivery teams for order updates.
- Maintain daily call records and customer feedback.
- Guide customers about offers, festive products, and new launches.
- Follow company communication standards and customer service policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when required.
- Support WhatsApp and online order communication if needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
