We are looking for motivated and energetic candidates to join our team as Loan Processing & Banking Executives. The candidate will be responsible for handling Personal Loans (PL), Overdraft (OD), Business Loans, Home Loans, and other banking products. The role involves customer interaction, document collection, application processing, follow-ups, and coordination with multiple banks and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Process loan applications and maintain records.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for approvals and disbursements.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documentation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly business targets.
- Ensure smooth loan processing from application to disbursement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
