Position: Sales & Business Development Intern

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated interns to support our Sales & Business Development team. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and assisting in business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound enquiries.
- Introduce company services and explain value propositions effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the sales team in achieving business development targets.
Eligibility
- MBA pursuing/completed (Sales & Marketing preferred), OR
- Any graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Kannada
- Confident in speaking with clients and handling enquiries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
- Willingness to learn sales and business development processes.
Preferred Skills
- Positive attitude and self-driven approach.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Prior internship or sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
