Position: Lead Photographer
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Photography, Videography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Photographer and Videographer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute high-quality photography and videography for events, campaigns, corporate communications, and promotional activities.
- Lead photo and video shoots, ensuring creative excellence and technical quality.
- Capture, edit, and produce photographs and videos for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Manage lighting, camera equipment, audio, and other production resources.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and communication teams to develop compelling visual content.
- Maintain and organize digital media assets and ensure timely delivery of final outputs.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual storytelling standards.
- Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, and editing techniques and industry trends.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in professional photography and videography.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
