About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams, and support the execution of digital marketing and ad production projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered
- Supervise and coordinate with team members across projects
- Monitor team performance and support them in achieving targets
- Plan and manage day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and production teams for timely project execution
- Assist in campaign planning and execution (digital marketing & ad production)
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Analyze performance reports and suggest improvements
- Maintain quality standards across all deliverables
- Handle client communication and provide regular updates
Additional Responsibilities (Digital Marketing & Ad Production):
- Support in planning and executing ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Coordinate shoots, content production, and post-production processes
- Ensure proper workflow between strategy, design, and execution teams
- Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor coordination
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience in operations, project coordination, or digital marketing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and team management abilities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and ad campaigns
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
