Job Overview & Purpose

Rather than acquiring new customers, you'll be responsible for driving revenue from within the installed base — through sound processor upgrades, bilateral solutions, accessories, and service plans.

The expectation is a well-managed pipeline, strong clinic relationships, and consistent delivery against revenue targets.
Reporting to the Area Business Manager – Services, the Recipient Services Specialist will be based in Kochi and handle the entire Kerala region.
