Position: Field Sales Executive – Solar Panel
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar panel solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining solar products, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers and generate new business leads
- Promote solar panel systems and renewable energy solutions
- Explain product benefits, pricing, and installation process
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up regularly
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams
- Prepare daily sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Field sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of solar panels is an advantage
- Must have a bike and valid driving license
- Candidate should be confident and target-oriented
