ROLE PURPOSE : Provide senior technical leadership for the IT function, owning the technology, cyber security, and innovation agenda in partnership with the GM – ET&A. Strengthen the organisation's in-house technical capability and self-reliance, move the function from a reactive to a proactive and well-governed operating model, tighten data protection, and ensure that capability is institutionalised through documentation rather than held individually.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Own the organisation's end-to-end cyber security posture — architecture, controls, and hands-on implementation.Build the roadmap and in-house capability toward a Security Operations Centre (monitoring, detection, and response).
3.Design and strengthen Data Loss Prevention controls across endpoints, email, cloud, and data egress.Lead vulnerability management and VAPT closure, and act as incident commander for security events.
4.Drive evaluation and adoption of new technologies, including practical AI adoption across the group.
5.Govern system integrations — APIs and data flows across applications, cloud (AWS/Azure), and the SAP-hosted database.
Educational Qualification :Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering
Minimum Experience Required :12–14 years in IT cybyer security, and operations, including leadership experience
Preferred Industry Experience :Multi-location enterprise environment; real estate / infrastructure sector experience an advantage
