About the Role
Youth of India Foundation is looking for a proactive and responsible Manager - Operations to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, manage project documentation, and ensure smooth execution of organizational activities. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with clients, government departments, CSR partners, vendors, and field teams.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, reports, letters, and official communications.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain records and documentation using digital tools.
- Travel to project locations and meetings as and when required.
- Support management in planning, execution, and operational decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
