KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshooting Problem solving
Experience of migration on NAS
Basic handson experience on Azure
Knowledge on Snap Mirror
Knowledge on other Storage like NetApp and Dell
Knowledge of at least one backup tool Veeam NetBackup
Knowledge of Best practices on NetApp C mode
Setup configure and troubleshoot AD and Open LDAP
Experience on migration from NetApptoDell Storage
setup and configuration of NFSv4 on NetApp
Setting up and troubleshooting NFS CIFS and SAN FC and ISCSI Environment Troubleshooting SnapVault Snap mirror environment
Basic proficiency in at least one of the following operating systems Windows or Linux and VMWare ESXi
Edit and create new documentation as per with existing standards
Proactively maintain and manage the storage environment
Knowledge on Azure Storage
Event Management analyze s and logs
Handle incident Create update and maintain Knowledge base articles
Developing Knowledge Base Database
Plan and schedule for change management
