Tender Management
- Identify and track government, PSU, municipal, and institutional tender opportunities through portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.).
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical documents, certifications, BOQs, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely and error-free submission of bids (online & offline).
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies for government and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, consultants, and procurement departments.
- Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets through tender wins and repeat orders.
- Identify new departments, projects, and upcoming procurement plans.
Pricing & Negotiation
- Prepare competitive pricing in coordination with costing, finance, and management teams.
- Lead negotiations during L1/L2 stages and finalize contracts as per company policies.
- Monitor margins and ensure profitability while remaining competitive.
Post-Tender & Order Execution
- Follow up on tender results, LOA/PO issuance, and contract signing.
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and finance teams for order execution and billing.
- Track payment collections and resolve client-side issues if any.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to government procurement rules, tender guidelines, and company SOPs.
- Maintain tender MIS, sales reports, win/loss analysis, and forecasting.
- Keep documentation updated for audits and future reference.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of government tenders, GeM portal, PSU procurement processes
- Expertise in tender documentation, compliance, and bid management
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercial acumen and pricing strategy understanding
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, tender portals, and CRM systems

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
