Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customers professionally and provide a premium in-store experience
- Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, budget, and preferences
- Recommend suitable frames, sunglasses, and eyewear solutions
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge across premium and luxury eyewear brands
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle high-value customers and build long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with customers for pending orders, enquiries, and repeat purchases
- Coordinate with optometrists, technicians, and the store team for smooth order execution
- Maintain proper product presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing, order processing, and customer communication when required
- Stay updated with new collections, brands, products, and industry trends
- Contribute towards customer retention, referrals, and repeat business
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in retail sales preferred
- Experience in optical retail will be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities
- Confident and presentable personality
- Good understanding of premium/luxury customer service
- Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results
- Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team
- Candidates with strong sales experience from other premium retail industries may also apply
