Key Responsibilities:-
Improve AI model and infrastructure performance through systems-level optimization.
Work on compiler engineering, runtime optimization and low-level systems improvements.
Design domain-specific performance engineering tasks and develop structured technical solutions.
Evaluate engineering solutions and provide detailed technical feedback.
Develop evaluation frameworks and performance benchmarking rubrics.
Collaborate with researchers, engineers and technical experts to improve training data quality and consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications :-
2+ years of experience in :-
Performance Engineering
Systems Programming
Low-Level Optimization
Strong hands-on expertise in at least one:
C++
Python
Rust
Familiarity with the remaining technologies is a strong advantage.

Excellent written communication and technical explanation skills.
Ability to work reliably for 30–40 hours/week during weekdays.
