We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our growing Digital Marketing & Video Production team at Parippalli,Kollam. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Introduce our digital marketing and video production services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Previous telecalling/sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
