Growth Lead – Content & Creator Acquisition
Location: Coimbatore or Mumbai
Experience: 3 – 6 years
Shift: India / US Overlap
Fixed Salary Range: 7 LPA to 18 LPA
Variable Performance Bonus: 2 LPA to 4 LPA
SuperLabs is building and scaling a consumer internet platform in the creator space (US market).
We’re looking for a 0→1 Growth Operator who can build a distribution engine from scratch — not manage an existing one.
This role is for someone who has:
- Built or scaled short-form content engines
- Understands what makes content go viral
- Can convert attention into real users / creators
What You’ll Own (Core Responsibilities)1. Build the Content Engine
- Launch and scale YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok
- Drive 10–30 pieces of content per day
- Own content formats: clips, edits, storytelling, trends
2. Find What Works (Relentless Testing)
- Test 50–100 content variations weekly
- Identify patterns in:
- Hooks
- Retention
- Shares
- Double down on what performs
3. Creator Acquisition (Critical)
- Turn viewers → creators
- Run outbound:
- DMs
- Email
- Community engagement
- Activate creators to upload consistently
4. Build Growth Loops
- Content → discovery → creator signup → more content
- Track and optimize the loop daily
5. Manage Execution Team
- Work with interns / editors
- Ensure daily output consistency
- Maintain quality + speed
Success Metrics (What “Winning” Looks Like)
Within 30–60 days:
- 500K–2M monthly views across platforms
- 50–150 creators onboarded
- Daily content velocity maintained (10–30 posts/day)
- At least 2–3 repeatable viral formats identified
