Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and assist senior management in operational activities.
The candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth office coordination, supporting internal communication between departments, and helping management complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Fresh graduates with good organizational skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assistance to senior management in various tasks as assigned.
- To Handle all administrative work, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- To Carry out assignments to completion within specified parameters and in accordance with accepted standards and practices.
- Act as a backup person who will handle all the responsibilities or a part of it on behalf of the person who is not present on a particular day.
- Maintaining office co-ordination: maintaining co-ordination and link between the department/person and the rest of the office.
- Uphold confidentiality in all dealings and operations of the firm, always demonstrating discretion and professionalism.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Com / B.A / BBA / MBA / Any Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized and responsible work approach
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities
Salary:
₹20,000 per month
