Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Manage courier, postal, and document dispatch activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries efficiently.
- Route communications to relevant departments.
- Make introductory calls to new and existing clients to present the company's services.
- Follow up with clients to collect feedback and reviews regarding services provided.
- Maintain client interaction records and update databases.
- Support HR and Administration with routine tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, Telecalling, Administration,
or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with clients over calls and in person.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in client coordination, customer feedback collection, or telecalling.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders professionally.
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
