We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Executive who can help keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting client communication and office coordination.

The Administrative Executive will handle administrative support, client communication, office coordination, and day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documents, invoices, and contracts
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
- Keep records organized and up to date
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department
Client Communication & Follow-ups
- Follow up with clients via WhatsApp and phone calls
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication
- Build positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction
General Office Coordination
- Assist teams with operational and administrative needs
- Coordinate tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Support management with scheduling and office coordination
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and confidence handling calls & messaging
- Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Word & Excel
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Flexible and adaptable when required
- Previous administration or office support experience is preferred
