We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and result-driven Digital Marketing Team Leader with a strong focus on SEO to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEO team to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery.
- Plan and implement advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits for client websites.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics.
- Develop and execute high-quality backlink and content marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with content writers, developers, and designers for SEO implementation.
- Guide and mentor junior SEO executives and monitor team performance.
- Manage multiple client projects and maintain quality standards.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and latest digital marketing trends.
- Participate in client meetings, reporting, and strategy discussions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Prior experience in handling or leading an SEO team.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Good understanding of WordPress and website optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to create and implement result-oriented SEO strategies.
- Agency experience will be an added advantage.
