Key Responsibilities for a Salon Telecaller:
- Appointment Management: Handling phone inquiries to schedule, reschedule, or cancel salon appointments efficiently.
- Outbound Marketing & Sales: Calling potential and existing clients to promote special offers, new services, packages, and product launches.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining a detailed database of clients, including service history, preferences, and contact information.
- Inbound Support & Inquiry Handling: Answering calls to provide information about salon services, pricing, and stylist availability.
- Feedback & Follow-up: Conducting follow-up calls to collect feedback, encourage repeat visits, and improve the overall customer experience.
- Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Patience and professionalism in handling customer queries or complaints.
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
