Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with prior experience in Insurance or BFSI (minimum 1 year) will be preferred
- Salary for experienced candidates may be offered up to ₹18,000 per month based on profile and performance
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to client queries promptly and maintain proactive communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Escalate customer issues to the concerned team or higher authorities whenever required to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting assigned targets and responsibilities.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Patient, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, or Customer Support will be an added advantage.
