Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support warehouse operations by managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, onboarding, compliance, and workforce administration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes while maintaining a positive and productive work environment for warehouse employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and hiring for warehouse positions, including loaders, pickers, packers, supervisors, and support staff.
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance.
- Handle employee grievances and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
- Monitor employee performance and support performance review processes.
- Coordinate training programs related to safety, warehouse procedures, and employee development.
- Assist with disciplinary actions, investigations, and HR reporting.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, and manpower planning updates.
- Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any qualification in related field preferred .
- 0–1 years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
