Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Calling: Proactively call and engage with all incoming leads to understand their
- needs and assess their potential.
- Lead Qualification: Filter and shortlist high-potential leads for further engagement and conversion.
- Coordination: Work closely with the CRM and Business Development Executives to ensure seamless handover and follow-through of qualified leads.system for tracking and reporting.
- Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with warm leads to keep them engaged and informed.
- Database Management: Keep lead records updated and organized within the CRM
- Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all communication to build trust and rapport with prospects.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi (additional languages
- are a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Organized, self-motivated, and good at multitasking.
