Axionz is seeking a dynamic and passionate Communicative English Cum Soft Skills Trainer to train students and professionals in English communication, personality development, and workplace readiness. The ideal candidate should be capable of conducting engaging, activity-based training sessions that enhance learners' confidence, fluency, presentation skills, and employability. The role combines English language training with soft skills development, including public speaking, interview preparation, teamwork, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training sessions on Communicative English, Spoken English, and Business Communication.
- Conduct soft skills training programs covering:
- Presentation Skills

- Workplace Etiquette
- Leadership & Personality Development
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct mock interviews and placement readiness sessions.
- Organize workshops, role-plays, debates, presentations, and confidence-building activities.
- Track student progress and maintain training reports.
- Support students in improving listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to enhance student outcomes. (Indeed)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Communication, Education, HR, Psychology, or any related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in English language training, soft skills training, or teaching.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.
