The suitable candidate should be a matured experienced person capable of handling clients, staff, contractors etc. on a day to day basis. Excellent communication skills, customer PR, strong negotiation skills, is must for all candidates. The candidate will also handle HR and admin role since our organization is a growing one. Government liasion work and travel is also required for por project approvals and necessary clearances. The candidate should be willing to travel to Uttarakhand and nearby states as and when required. Real Estate and legal knowledge is of great relevance and preference will be given to candidates with such experience. The candidate should be smart and looking for long term association and growth with our organization. Our is a fast growing organization with interests in Real Estate and hospitality. Incase the candidate has personal commitments in near future it will not be suitable.
